F.A.Q.

YES! you can pay weekly. We have several options including an auto pay option and You only pay for the classes you attend. We have an Online parents portal that gives you the option to pay by card.

You will receive a personal login to your own parent portal. Through the portal you can pay for classes bring your account up to date. You can also add classes, check new information, promos and a wide range of other dance related things 24/7. We post all tuition to accounts on mondays. The following Monday we check all absences and remove any charges for classes you miss. If you have paid before this any credit will be rolled over to the following week.

We don’t do trial classes as such as we are a pay as you go studio with no term fees. What we do differently is ask that you go Online and register for your first week of class. This way when you turn up to class your child will be on the roll. If they don’t dance that’s fine, we just mark them absent so your class payment will roll over to the following week. We continue to do this for the first couple of weeks. We have found this approach works well for both students and parents. It can take a couple of weeks sometimes for a child to feel comfortable in their surroundings. If you are unhappy or feel that we are not a fit for you, we will happily refund your enrollment fee.

No, we are a pay as you go studio. This way you only pay for classes you attend and don’t have to find time to do a ‘Make up’ class.
However we do offer the option if you would like to pay a full term up front and offer a 10% discount.

No we do not make you buy specific dance shoes or uniforms. However we do have options there if you would like to. We just ask you to wear clothing you can move in freely and shoes that are comfy but with little to no grip and that STAY ON YOUR FEET. e.g. joggers, jiffy’s etc. We do ask for NO THONGS or barefoot in class as this can be dangerous or damaging to your child.
For tap we find any shoe with as little grip as possible and a harder sole to make a bit of noise is great.
We do have a second-hand shoe page on Facebook for our enrolled students. You may be able to find some to fit at a reduced price (you are also welcome to post other dance shoes you may have lying around for sale). You will receive the link to this private page in your welcome pack once you have completed your enrollment.

We encourage family interaction within the studio. Our Belief is that showing support for your child’s growth helps bolster their confidence. We invite parents to watch all of their children’s classes. All we ask is for you to be mindful of making extra noise during classes and follow any sign in requirements(covid safe)

Absolutely not, your instructor works wonders in helping you learn routines whilst having a ball. The most important thing is to bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor .

No, this is a decision between you and you dancer. We do ask that you are at class at least 5-10 min before the end of class, you need to make us aware if you are held up or returning late for your child. If your dancer is in our Tiny Tots class, we ask that you stay on the premises for the duration of the class and that you help with getting drinks and changing shoes.
